Ruger recently went away for a 3 week board and train program with Courtney. Ruger is a super lovey, sweet boy who wants to do a good job but his heart tends to overrule what his brain is telling him. His biggest reason for going was his jumping on people. No one enjoys a big dog that jumps all over them. I have known Courtney for several years so when she offered to help me with Ruger I jumped at the chance. Ruger went and stayed with Courtney for a few weeks to learn some big boy manners. WOW! Is all I can say! It was so neat during the whole time to see the updates and the improvements that my boy made. He now walks on and off leash in heel like a professional. His recall has made immense progress and he is learning how to manage all his emotions. You can see his little brain working and processing trying to do what’s right. Throughout the whole thing Courtney kept me so updated on her IG story or through text. It was so fun seeing my boys progress. Not only did Courtney teach Ruger so much while he was there but she also gave me so many tools and resources to help continue and solidify the training when he came home. She has always been a text or phone call away if I have any questions. I cannot recommend her enough!! Whether you have a dog with big behavioral issues or you’re just wanting to fine tune your dogs training Courtney is awesome!
